Building Department

Permits will be issued within 72 hours of receiving completed application and fees. BUILDING PERMITS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED ON MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, AND THURSDAYS.

*As of April 1, 2023 Inspection Fees for all Permits are now:

$80 per Inspection ($70 Inspection fee, $10 Administrative Fee)

 

* As of April 1, 2023 Site Inspection/Zoning Compliance Fees are $70

Note: A Site Inspection is required for any new structures, additions, or any other project that covers ground area.
